OBSTRUCT JUSTICE AND BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 53 year old Cornwall man was arrested on September 19, 2017. He is currently bound by a Recognizance Order with the relevant conditions of no contact with his ex-girlfriend and her family, and not to be within 100 metres of any place they are known to be. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. The male was subsequently located and charged with 5 counts of Breach of Recognizance and 2 counts of Obstruct Justice.
